Snail rice noodles is an ethnic Chinese noodles variety originally from the southern part of China. Colloquially called ‘Luosifen’, this variety is composed of rice noodles in a soup of snail meat stock. Liu Quan Snail Rice Noodles packet comes in 320g packet and is a great way to prepare traditional snail rice noodles instantaneously and with ease. The packet includes seven sachets; which respectively contain dry rice noodles, snail soup seasoning mix, beancurd, peanuts, sour bamboo, preserved bean and mustard, and chilli oil.

How to use?	Boil water in a bowl, add the noodles block, cook for 8 minutes, and drain. Add the contents of all other sachets into the bowl, top up with boiling water, cook for another 3 minutes, stir well as serve.
