How to use?	To use Little Sheep Tomato Seasoning for Stewed Beef Brisket for a rich, restaurant-style Tomato Beef Brisket Stew, follow these steps: Prepare the Beef: Cut 500g–700g of beef brisket into bite-sized chunks. Blanch them in boiling water for 3 minutes to remove impurities, then drain and rinse. Sauté Aromatics: In a heavy-bottomed pot or pressure cooker, heat a little oil and sauté the beef chunks with a few slices of ginger and sections of scallion until the meat is lightly browned. Simmer: Add approximately 800ml–1L of water (enough to cover the meat) and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer until the beef is about 70% tender (approx. 45–60 mins in a regular pot, or 20 mins in a pressure cooker). Add Seasoning: Stir in the entire packet of Little Sheep Tomato Seasoning. Add Vegetables: Add potatoes, carrots, or extra fresh tomato wedges. These pair perfectly with the tangy broth. Final Simmer: Continue simmering for another 15–20 minutes until the vegetables are soft and the sauce has thickened into a rich, red glaze.
