Lee Kum Kee Peking Duck Sauce is sweet in taste at the same time spicy, as it has been prepared using a blend of sugar, soya and spicy ingredients. It is tradionally and very commonly used as an accompaniment to crispy aromatic duck and rich roast Peking duck.
