Wang - Roasted Black Bean Paste 500g

For Jajangmyeon (Korean Black Bean Noodles):

1. Ingredients:
• Wang Roasted Black Bean Paste
• Noodles (Jajangmyeon or udon)
• Pork or beef (optional)
• Vegetables (such as zucchini, onion, and potato)
• Water or stock
• Sugar (optional)
2. Instructions:
• Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add pork or beef (if using) and cook until browned.
• Add chopped vegetables to the pan and sauté until softened.
• Stir in Wang Roasted Black Bean Paste and a little water or stock. Simmer the mixture for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
• Add a small amount of sugar to balance the bitterness if desired.
• Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and place them on a serving dish.
• Pour the black bean sauce over the noodles, mix well, and serve hot.

For Stir-Fries:

1. Use 1-2 tablespoons of the roasted black bean paste as a base for stir-fries.
2. Add vegetables and protein (such as chicken or tofu) and stir-fry until fully cooked.
3. Add a little water or stock to create a sauce and simmer until it thickens.
4. Serve over rice or noodles.
