Kimlan’s 'Lou Chau' soy sauce is a naturally fermented soy sauce. This is twice brewed and fermented for over a year in a controlled environment. A rich blend of aroma and flavour, the Lou Chau sauce is slightly salty and strong tasting, with a darker colour.
