General Usage

Recipes
1. Soy Sauce Chicken
Ingredients :
1 kg chicken thighs
½ cup KIKKOMAN Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce
¼ cup honey
¼ cup rice vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions :
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
Add the chicken thighs and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Place the chicken on a baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until fully cooked.
Garnish with chopped green onion before serving .
2. Soy Sauce Glazed Salmon
Ingredients :
4 salmon fillets
⅓ cup KIKKOMAN Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger
Instructions :
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, garlic, and ginger.
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Preheat a grill or a skillet over medium heat. Cook the salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve with steamed vegetables or rice .
3. Vegetable Stir-Fry
Ingredients :
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 carrot, julienned
1 zucchini, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
3 tablespoons KIKKOMAN Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (optional, for thickening)
Instructions :
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the bell pepper, carrot, zucchini, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir to combine.
If you prefer a thicker sauce, add the cornstarch mixture and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Serve hot over rice or noodles .
