How to use?	Boil Water: Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Cook Noodles: Add the desired amount of dried noodles to the boiling water. Boil for approximately 5 to 7 minutes (check package instructions for exact time), stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking. The goal is a firm but cooked noodle ("al dente" or slightly chewier). Drain: Drain the noodles thoroughly in a colander. Do not rinse with cold water if you are immediately mixing them with a hot sauce, as the residual heat helps the sauce adhere. Prepare Sauce: Separately, prepare your chajang (black bean) sauce. Serve: Place the hot noodles in a bowl and pour the hot chajang sauce generously over the top. Mix well before eating.
