Add the seasoning: Pour in the entire content of one seasoning portion (or the desired amount, depending on how strong you want the flavor). You can also add fresh slices of ginger and spring onion to taste. Bring to a boil: Heat the pot on high heat until the broth is boiling and the seasoning is fully dissolved and distributed. Cook the ingredients: Add a variety of thinly sliced meats, seafood, vegetables, and noodles of your choice. Cook them thoroughly in the boiling broth before consumption. Serve with dipping sauce (optional): While the broth itself is flavorful, hot pot is often enjoyed with a custom dipping sauce.
