• Simple Recipe: Mix 2 tablespoons of the peanut sesame sauce with a splash of soy sauce, a little minced garlic, chopped spring onions (scallions), and a drizzle of chili oil (to taste). Add a little hot water or unsalted stock to reach your desired dipping consistency.
• Dipping Method: Dip cooked meats, vegetables, tofu, and noodles directly into the prepared sauce as you take them from the hot pot. 

• Cold Peanut Noodles:
  1. Cook noodles (glass noodles, egg noodles, or even spaghetti work well) according to package directions and rinse with cold water to chill.
  2. In a bowl, mix a few tablespoons of the sauce with rice vinegar, soy sauce, a pinch of sugar, and sesame oil.
  3. Toss the noodles with the sauce and garnish with shredded cucumber, cilantro, chopped peanuts, and green onions.
• Warm Noodles: After cooking and draining noodles, toss them with the sauce and heated aromatics (sautéed garlic, ginger, and onion). 

• Sauté your choice of protein and vegetables (e.g., carrots, broccoli, bell peppers, or bok choy).
