How to use?	1. Hot Pot Dipping Sauce (Haidilao Style) This is the most common use. The sauce needs to be thinned with a little hot water or broth to achieve a pourable or dipping consistency. Simple Recipe: Mix 2 tablespoons of the peanut sesame sauce with a splash of soy sauce, a little minced garlic, chopped spring onions (scallions), and a drizzle of chili oil (to taste). Add a little hot water or unsalted stock to reach your desired dipping consistency. Dipping Method: Dip cooked meats, vegetables, tofu, and noodles directly into the prepared sauce as you take them from the hot pot. 2. Noodle Sauce The sauce makes a rich, creamy base for various noodle dishes, both hot and cold. Cold Peanut Noodles: Cook noodles (glass noodles, egg noodles, or even spaghetti work well) according to package directions and rinse with cold water to chill. In a bowl, mix a few tablespoons of the sauce with rice vinegar, soy sauce, a pinch of sugar, and sesame oil. Toss the noodles with the sauce and garnish with shredded cucumber, cilantro, chopped peanuts, and green onions. Warm Noodles: After cooking and draining noodles, toss them with the sauce and heated aromatics (sautéed garlic, ginger, and onion). 3. Stir-Fry Addition Add the sauce to stir-fries for a rich, nutty flavor. Sauté your choice of protein and vegetables (e.g., carrots, broccoli, bell peppers, or bok choy). Add the peanut sesame sauce during the final minutes of cooking, stirring well to coat all ingredients and heating through for 3-4 minutes. 4. Other Uses Dressing: Thin the sauce with a little water, vinegar, and oil to use as a salad dressing. Marinade: Use it as a base for marinades for chicken or pork. Spring/Summer Rolls Dip: Mix it with hoisin sauce, garlic, and chili sauce for a delicious dip for fresh spring rolls.
