Fresh Mint Leaves

Mint leaves are a good flavourer and a great herb in cuisines. Although the exact name of this species is ‘mentha’, the common name is mint by which they are widely known. In Middle Eastern cuisines, lamb dishes are culturally flavoured with mint. Mint is also considered as a medicinal herb in traditional medicines which is thought to have cured stomach problems and chest pain.
