FRESH Chinese Aubergine 500g

Long, thin and purpled coloured eggplant is a variety often called as Chinese aubergine or Japanese aubergine. Being a much-diversified vegetable, aubergine has several cultivars; all of them appear in different colours and shapes. There are purple, striped purple, white, light green aubergine cultivars apart from, slender, egg-shaped, spherical shaped ones, etc. Aubergine is also known in different names including eggplant, and brinjal.
