How to use?	For the ultimate flavour release, always fry a tablespoon of the paste directly in hot cooking oil over medium heat first. Stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes until the oil turns a bright, aromatic red before adding your main proteins or vegetables. Essential for classic, world-famous Sichuan recipes including Mapo Tofu, Twice-Cooked Pork (Hui Guo Rou), and spicy Sichuan hot pot broths. Due to the high traditional salt content used during the fermentation process, reduce or omit extra salt or soy sauce in your dish. Storage: Once opened, secure the lid tightly, keep refrigerated, and use within 6 months.
