• Wash the bunches thoroughly under cold running water to rinse out any organic soil or sediment trapped between the stems.

• Trim away a tiny sliver from the very bottom of the primary root stems; the remaining stalks, leaves, and yellow flower heads are entirely edible.

• Cantonese Garlic Blanch (Classic): Submerge the whole stalks in rolling, boiling water for 1 to 2 minutes. Drain immediately, plate elegantly, and finish with a rich drizzle of premium oyster sauce and hot garlic-infused oil.
