How to use?	Making the perfect pancake batter requires just a few simple steps: Measure: Combine 500g of Pancake Mix with 850ml of ice-cold water in a large mixing bowl. Whisk gently until the batter is smooth. (Using ice-cold water is the secret to a crispier texture). Mix Ingredients: Chop your choice of ingredients (such as chopped scallions, aged kimchi, sliced squid, shrimp, or zucchini) and fold them thoroughly into the batter. Fry: Heat 2–3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Ladle the batter into the pan, spreading it out thin. Flip: Fry for 3–4 minutes until the bottom is a deep golden brown, flip carefully, and press down gently. Fry the other side for another 3 minutes, adding a splash more oil around the edges if needed for maximum crunch. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, seal the bag tightly (or transfer to an airtight container) and store in the refrigerator to maintain freshness and prevent moisture absorption.
