How to Use BABA’S Meat Curry Powder

BABA’S Meat Curry Powder is a fragrant blend of premium spices, perfect for making authentic Malaysian-style curries. It can be used with chicken, beef, lamb, or even vegetarian dishes for a rich, aromatic flavour.

1. Classic Meat Curry

Ingredients:

• 3 tbsp BABA’S Meat Curry Powder

• 500g meat (chicken, beef, or lamb)

• 2 onions (sliced), 2 tomatoes (chopped)

• 200ml coconut milk

• 2 tbsp oil, salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat oil and sauté onions until golden.

2. Add curry powder, a little water, and fry until fragrant.

3. Add meat and tomatoes; cook until meat is coated with spice.

4. Pour in coconut milk and simmer until tender. Serve with rice or roti.

2. Dry Curry Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp BABA’S Meat Curry Powder

• 400g sliced beef or chicken

• 1 onion, 1 capsicum (sliced)

• 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp oil

Instructions:

1. Mix meat with curry powder and soy sauce.

2. Stir-fry onion and capsicum, add meat, and cook on high heat until done.

3. Serve with steamed rice or noodles.

3. Curry-Flavoured Potatoes

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp BABA’S Meat Curry Powder

• 3 medium potatoes (cubed)

• 1 onion, 1 tsp mustard seeds, salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat oil, add mustard seeds and onion until fragrant.

2. Add curry powder and stir for a few seconds.

3. Toss in potatoes, add a little water, and cook until soft.

4. Perfect as a side dish or vegetarian curry.
