How to use?	For Traditional Hot Pot: Prepare Broth: Pour the entire 400g seasoning packet into your hot pot vessel. Add Liquid: Add approximately 600ml to 1L of water or unseasoned chicken/bone broth. (You might need more water depending on your preferred intensity). Boil: Bring the mixture to a rolling boil and simmer for 5–10 minutes to allow the flavours to infuse. Dine: Add your choice of raw ingredients (meat, seafood, vegetables, tofu, noodles), cook them thoroughly in the boiling broth, and enjoy. For Other Uses: Stir-Fry: Use a couple of tablespoons of the seasoning base to add a rich, spicy flavour to a vegetable or meat stir-fry. Noodle Soup: Dissolve a small amount in boiling water to create an instant spicy noodle soup base.
