SHII FURE Dried Beancurd (Black Pepper Flavour) 100g

Taiwanese brand Shii Fure offers 100g packet dried beancurd snacks with black pepper flavour. This Chinese ethnic dish based on dried beancurd is traditionally called ‘dougan’. Dougan is a variant of tofu, which soft whereas Dougan is firmer with lesser water content compared to tofu. Although Dougan is treated as a snack, it most often used as a recipe ingredient in many traditional dishes.
