How to use?	Thawing (解冻): Thaw the sausage roll completely inside the refrigerator before slicing. Thai Spicy Salad (泰式凉拌扎肉): Slice thinly and toss with fresh celery, onions, bird's eye chilies, lime juice, and fish sauce to make the popular Thai street salad Yum Moo Yo. Soups & Noodles (汤面配料): Dice or slice into semi-circles and drop into Vietnamese Pho, Thai noodle soups, or instant ramens during the last 2 minutes of boiling. Stir-Frying & Breakfast (火炒/煎炸): Pan-fry slices until edges are lightly golden and crispy to serve with eggs and toast, or toss into stir-fried noodles and rice. Storage (储存方式): Store continuously in the freezer at -18°C or below. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and consume within 2–3 days. Do not refreeze.
