How to use?	Thawing (解冻): Thaw the sausages inside the refrigerator before slicing, or steam them directly from frozen to soften them up before cutting. Claypot Rice (腊味煲仔饭): Slice the sausage thinly on a diagonal. Lay the slices over steaming white rice in a claypot or rice cooker during the last 10 minutes of cooking so the sweet pork fats melt into the grain. Fried Rice & Noodles (腊肠炒饭/炒面): Dice the sausage and fry them over medium heat first to render out the aromatic oil, then toss in your eggs, vegetables, and rice or noodles. Steaming (清蒸): Slice and steam gently for 8–10 minutes with ginger slices and a splash of soy sauce for a quick, classic side dish. Storage (储存方式): Store continuously in the freezer at -18°C or below. Keep refrigerated after opening and consume within a few days.
