Glutinous Rice Ball Recipe: Simply add water and coconut milk to make the dough, divide the dough into small pieces, put red bean paste or other flavour in the middle of each piece, wrap and roll it into a small ball. Cook it in the boiling water until it floats. You can also add some brown sugar and a piece of fresh ginger to the boiling water to give a great oriental flavour to the glutinous rice ball.
