Fuchsia Dunlop, an English cook and recipe writer, who with her passion for Chinese cuisine, has successfully compiled a number of excellent Hunanese recipes in her work titled, ‘Revolutionary Chinese Cookbook’. Hunan is the birth province of the great Chinese visionary ‘Mao Tse Tung’.
