Mama Sita's Stew Base Mix 50g contains the spice mix for making the traditional stew of Philippines called Kare-Kare. Kare-Kare is a peanut sauce based stew, but this product can be used to make the peanut sauce for making the stew. With addition of the right blend of peanut essence or peanut butter, this can be added to make the traditional Kare-Kare.
