Here is an instant ready-made mix for making Thai style Tapioca pearl dessert with coconut & taro. It is an organic dessert which can be ready in just 10 minutes. It makes use of a curious mix of tapioca, coconut and taro powder. Tapioca powder acts as the thickening base for the dessert with its sago starchy nature. Whereas coconut and taro add a whole dessert outlook.

- Bring 4 cup of water (1 litre) to a boil. Add tapioca pearl, stir frequently until return to boil (about 10 minutes).
- Add dehydrated taro, turn heat off. Simmer for 2 minutes. Then drain and set aside.
- For coconut powder, mix with 3/4 cup for water, add 1/2 tsp of salt. Stir well.
- Serve taro and tapioca pearl with well-mixed coconut milk. (May serve warm or cold).
