Lobo Sour Vegetable Curry Paste 50g

Lobo’s Sour Vegetable Curry Paste is based on a traditional Thai curry usually prepared with fish or shrimp and green papaya. A herbal-based tasty blend of shallots, dried red chillies, salt, shrimp paste, dried prawns and wild ginger is used to make this curry paste. Contrary to other Thai recipes, water is used in this recipe instead of coconut milk to prepare the Thai vegetable curry. So, it mostly looks like a traditional Thai soup. The curry dish is spicy, sour and slightly sweet.
