Lee Kum Kee Vegetarian Stir-Fry Sauce has shiitake mushroom extractives, which makes it an excellent additive for any vegetarian dish, primarily for braising, and thus to enrich taste. It comes free of any MSG or preservatives.

Shake well before use. It it suitable for stir-frying, and also great as a dip. For stir-frying every 450g vegetables, use 4 to 5 tbsp of sauce.
