Miso soup is prepared by dissolving one teaspoon of miso paste using into hot water. To make a healthy Japanese dish, you can just add tofu, spring onion or seaweed (wakame) with the miso paste. Miso paste is also used as an ingredient to add flavour to dishes. It can even be used in carbonara.
