Known as the "Iron Buddha," Tie Kuan Yin (Ti Kuan Yin) is celebrated for its complex, floral, and milky profile, offering a rich aroma and a clean, lingering sweet aftertaste.
Water Temperature: Use water just below boiling: 90°C to 95°C (194°F–205°F) is ideal to extract the complex aromas without burning the leaves.
