Golden Dragon's Hsinchu Rice Sticks are a preparation using corn starch and rice. It is a very tatsy and nutritious product if prepared along with other ingredients such as meat or vegetables. It is also good for stir-frying.
A product made of corn starch, rice and water, the Hsinchu rice stick can be cooked by boiling for a few minutes. Suitable as part of light menus.

Cook Hsinchu Rice Stick in boiled water for 1 to 2 minutes. Drain and set aside. Fry meat along with string mushrooms, carrots, onion, and other vegetables. Once meat is cooked add more boiling water and add the cooked Hsinchu rice stick. Stir cook for 2 minutes. Add tomato sauce, chili sauce or mustard, and serve.
