East End Tamarind Soft 400g

Add the paste to hot water and sieve removing any seeds. To the sieved liquid add half a teaspoon each of chilli and sugar to taste. Mix thoroughly and heat until the sugar has dissolved. Chill and serve with Samosas or Bhajis. You can add the paste once the seeds have been removed to add tang to any dish.
