Here you find Dali brand beancurd sheets in 250g packets. The beancurd sheets are also called tofu skin. This is a product derived from soya milk. The skin is formed on the top of soya milk as a layer when the soy milk is boiled. These thin layers of soy products are collected and dried to made into the beancurd sheets. Although they taste like tofu, technically beancurd sheets are not tofu as they are not made using coagulation. Beancurd sheets are used as a meat alternative in East Asian cuisines.
