BULL HEAD Barbecue Sauce 737g

Barbecue sauce from Bull Head brand from Taiwan. This product is based on Chinese traditional barbecue sauce. It is a coarse light brown oil-based sauce with a mixture of soya oil, dried lizard fish, garlic, shallot, sesame, chilli powder, coconut powder, ginger, salt and pepper. It has a predominant, savory and clearly fishy taste. It is also known as Chine satay sauce, or sa-cha sauce.
