Buenas Zamboanga Ginisang Bagoong Spicy Flavour 250g

This is a spicy version of the Filippino sautéed shrimp paste. Buenas Zamboanga Ginisang Bagoong Spicy 250g is based on a classic concept which makes use of frying small shrimps with garlic and onions. To prepare this, shrimps are combined with salt and sugar and is fermented. Hot pepper is added in this mix to make it spicy. The product is dried to make the shrimp paste.
