Beef & Pork Jerk

Jerks or jerkys are spicy snacks made by thin sliced layers of meat, especially beef and pork. The trimmed meat pieces are prepared in such a way that they are devoid of fat. Then they are marinated using a sweet & spicy mix and then dried and smoked to make the tasty jerky snacks. Our store has pork jerks and beef jerks featuring various flavours.
