Almond Oil

Almond tree is native to the Mediterranean region. Almond fruits (called the nut) contain the edible seeds within its hulls. The seeds are source of oil called the almond oil. It is a highly popular cooking oil type, treated by the culinary world as vegetable oil, though it can aptly classified under nut oil. Almond oil can be used in sweet and savory dishes alike.
