Method

  • Step 1: Pour water and dashi powder into saucepan and boil over medium heat for 5mins.
  • Step 2: Add the miso paste, mushrooms and tofu to the saucepan. Boil for 2mins until the miso paste has dissolved.
  • Step 3: Divide broth into bowls.
  • Step 4: Sprinkle spring onions over and serve.
