Eva Pau returns to our screens this spring with Series Two of her hugely popular cooking show Eva Pau’s Asian Kitchen. Join Eva as she shares her passion for Asian food, bridging the gap between traditional flavours and modern life, as East meets West, bringing comfort and excitement to Asian food from your home kitchen. This six-part series starts on Wednesday 4th March at 8pm on RTÉ One.

Over six weeks, Eva will take viewers on a culinary journey of discovery, imparting tips and tricks she has learned along the way. If you’re looking for a flavourful dish but you’re short on time, try your hand at Korean Style Beef Burgers with Kimchi Ketchup in Quick Fix Meals. Beat the mid-week slump and inject some authentic Asian flavours into your week with Crispy Peking Beef or Chicken Pad Thai.

Weekend feasts with family start with breakfast, such as the decadent, triple-stacked Hong Kong Style French Toast with peanut butter and custard and craveable dishes such as family favourite Aromatic Duck Pancakes. Invite friends over for casual entertaining dishes, serve up Hoisin Pork Ribs followed by Black Sesame Yuzu Tart. Warm your soul with comforting dishes such as Chinese Chicken Noodle Soup or Eva’s take on a Thai favourite Beef Massaman Curry Pie!

Celebrate the incredible tastes and textures of Asia as Eva delivers her personal twist on dishes from China, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam and Korea. The series explores the idea that world-class Asian cooking doesn't have to be complicated, whether you’re whipping up a quick weeknight dinner or preparing a weekend feast. Eva blends classic Asian ingredients and techniques with familiar Western dishes, resulting in creative and flavour packed meals.

Episode One will see Eva prepare Family Favourites - recipes which resonate with families both in Ireland and across Asia. Chicken Katsu Curry, one of Japan’s most popular dishes and quick and easy to make, is true comfort food and something the whole family will enjoy. Banana Fritters are a favourite dish in Chinese restaurants the world over, so now is your chance to try it at home. Eva will show us how to make the simplest version of this family favourite.

“Season One was just the beginning. This season, we're exploring flavours from across Asia that I've been excited to share with you. These are dishes I cook for my own family, the recipes that never fail to make people smile. Trust me, you're going to love what we've cooked up,” says Eva.

Whatever the occasion, roll up your sleeves and explore the world of Asian cooking one delicious dish at a time! Tune in every Wednesday for six weeks, starting 4th March RTÉ One at 8pm. Eva Pau’s Asian Kitchen is produced by Appetite Media and sponsored by Lee Kum Kee.
