WAH LOONG Gypsum Powder 227g
Gypsum powder is a naturally occurring food-grade substance. The chemical name for gypsum powder is calcium sulfate. It is more popular as a construction material, but little known are its applications in cooking. In Chinese cuisine, food-grade gypsum powder is used as a setting agent for tofu.
