Organic pearl barley flakes contain great quantity of protein, vitamins and fibre. Barley flakes are wonderful as cereal grains, and are greatly used in muesli bases or thick porridges. It is also commercially used in oatmeal cookies, flapjacks and muffins. Apart from used in the making of breads, pearl barley flakes can also be used as an alternative for oats and spelt.
