Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Kikkoman soy sauce
- 3 tbsp honey
- 500g chicken wings
Method
1. Marinate the chicken
Add the Kikkoman soy sauce and honey to a large bowl.
Stir well to combine.
Add the chicken wings and toss until evenly coated.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
2. Cook the chicken wings
Preheat the oven or grill to 200°C.
Arrange the marinated chicken wings in a grill or baking dish.
Cook for approximately 25 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are cooked through and nicely caramelised.
3. Serve
Remove the chicken wings from the oven and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra stickiness: Brush the wings with some of the remaining marinade during cooking. Only use marinade that has not been in contact with raw chicken.
- Check the chicken: Make sure the wings are cooked through before serving.
- For more caramelisation: Place the wings under a hot grill for the final few minutes, watching carefully so the honey does not burn.
