Shipping policy
At Asia Market, we deliver a wide range of Asian groceries, snacks, drinks, fresh food and household products across Ireland and selected EU countries.
Please read the information below before placing your order.
Ireland Delivery
Dublin Delivery
We offer same-day and next-day delivery to addresses within County Dublin.
Orders placed before 12:00 noon
- Your order will be processed and dispatched on the same day.
- Delivery will normally take place either between 4:00pm and 9:00pm on the same day, or between 4:00pm and 9:00pm the following day.
Orders placed after 12:00 noon
- Your order will be processed and dispatched on the following day.
- Delivery will normally take place either the following day or the day after, before 9:00pm.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order volumes, courier operations and other circumstances.
Nationwide Ireland Delivery
For addresses outside County Dublin:
- Orders placed before 11:45pm will normally be dispatched on the next working day.
- Delivery is normally made within 1–3 working days after dispatch.
- Orders placed on Friday will normally be dispatched on the following Monday.
- DPD does not collect orders from us on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Delivery Charges
The standard delivery charge within Ireland is €8.99 per order for orders below €70.
Free Delivery
Orders with a total value of €70 or more qualify for free delivery within Ireland.
The free delivery discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Please note that promotional codes or discounts may reduce your order value below €70. If your final order value falls below the free delivery threshold, delivery charges may apply.
How Long Will My Order Take?
Your total delivery time consists of:
- Order processing: Same day processing if Dublin order before 12pm. Next day processing if ordered after 12pm. 1-2 days where applicable for outside Dublin orders.
- Dispatch: Your order is handed to the relevant courier
- Delivery: The courier delivers your parcel to your shipping address
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
Please note that estimated delivery times begin from the date your order is dispatched, not from the date your order is placed.
Tracking Your Order
All courier deliveries are provided with tracking information.
Dublin Same-Day and Next-Day Delivery
For Xpect deliveries, you can track your parcel using your tracking number through Xpect's tracking service.
DPD Delivery
For DPD deliveries, you can track your parcel using your DPD tracking number through DPD's tracking service.
If your order is placed on a Friday, DPD tracking may not become active until the following Monday.
If you experience a delivery problem, please contact us as soon as possible at info@asiamarket.ie and provide your order number.
Delays
Although we work to meet the estimated delivery times above, delays can occasionally occur.
Possible reasons include:
- High order volumes
- Promotional periods and sales events
- Items being temporarily unavailable
- Substitutions being requested
- Courier delays
- Damaged parcels requiring re-dispatch
- Bank Holidays and public holidays
- Christmas and New Year periods
If your order has not arrived within 3 working days after dispatch, please contact us at info@asiamarket.ie with:
- Your name
- Order number
- Order date
- Shipping method
We will contact the relevant courier to investigate the delay.
Frozen and Chilled Products
Due to food safety and temperature-control requirements, frozen products are currently available for delivery within County Dublin only.
We do not deliver frozen products outside County Dublin.
Frozen products may partially defrost during delivery or may stick together. Once received, please place frozen products in the freezer as soon as possible.
We recommend consuming partially defrosted products within 24 hours, or according to the manufacturer's instructions, whichever is sooner.
Fresh and Frozen Products Outside Ireland
We do not deliver fresh or frozen food outside the Republic of Ireland.
Asia Market cannot guarantee the condition or quality of chilled or frozen products where unforeseen delivery delays occur after the order has been dispatched. Damage or deterioration to chilled and frozen products caused by delivery conditions may not be refundable.
Changing Your Delivery Address
Please check your delivery address and Eircode carefully before completing your order.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address.
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us at info@asiamarket.ie or via WhatsApp on 085 747 6036 as soon as possible.
Address changes can only be made before your order has been dispatched.
For Dublin orders placed before 12:00 noon, address changes can normally be requested until 1:00pm on the same day.
For Dublin orders placed after 12:00 noon, address changes can normally be requested until 8:00am the following day.
Once an order has been handed to the courier, an address amendment fee of €4.99 may apply.
The amendment fee covers the administration and courier costs involved in redirecting the parcel.
We cannot accept responsibility for missed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address supplied by the customer.
Bank Holidays and Public Holidays
Same-day and next-day delivery services do not operate on Bank Holidays and certain public holidays.
Orders may not be dispatched on Bank Holidays or during certain holiday periods, including Christmas and Easter.
Orders placed during these periods will be processed and dispatched on the next available working day.
EU Delivery
We currently deliver selected ambient products to a number of EU countries.
Fresh and frozen products cannot be shipped outside the Republic of Ireland.
The maximum standard parcel weight for EU deliveries is 20kg per parcel.
If your order exceeds the standard weight limit, we will contact you to arrange a suitable shipping solution or bulk shipping quote.
EU Delivery Conditions
- Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed because transit times vary by destination and may be affected by customs procedures.
- Any customs charges, import duties or other charges applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
- You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.
- If a courier is unable to deliver your parcel, they may leave instructions explaining how to arrange collection or redelivery.
- If a parcel is returned to Asia Market because it could not be delivered, the original delivery charge will not be refunded and the customer may also be responsible for return shipping costs.

These rates apply to standard parcels weighing between 1kg and 20kg and may be subject to change.
Countries We Do Not Currently Deliver To
We currently do not deliver to:
- United Kingdom
- Northern Ireland
Aran Islands
Deliveries to the Aran Islands are made to the relevant boat terminal only.
Customers are responsible for arranging onward transportation from the terminal to their final address.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel arrives damaged, is missing items, or you experience another delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and details of the issue. Where appropriate, photographs of damaged packaging or products may help us investigate the matter with the courier.
We will work with you and the courier to investigate delivery problems and resolve them as quickly as possible.
