The pre-cooked, high-starch short-grain rice provides a firm, sticky texture suitable for sushi, nigiri, rolls, bowls and rice balls. It can be prepared in 60 to 90 seconds without rinsing, soaking or stovetop boiling. The 250g portion is suitable for a quick meal or a sushi meal for two. It can also be used as a sticky rice base for chicken katsu curry, poké bowls and side dishes.
