How to use?	Because these are traditional, thick rice noodles rather than instant wheat ramen, boiling them in two short stages unlocks the absolute best texture. 1. Boil the Noodles Place the dried rice noodles into a pot with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 to 12 minutes until softened. Drain the noodles well and set them aside in your serving bowl. 2. Prepare the Snail Broth Boil 500ml of fresh water in a separate pot, add the soup base, and simmer with the cooked noodles for 2 minutes. 3. Assemble and Customise Incorporate all provided toppings, including bamboo shoots, wood ear mushrooms, and bean curd skins. Add the chilli oil and vinegar packets to achieve your desired spice and tang levels.
