What to Expect
As is customary in Chinese family homes, dumpling making is an essential tradition leading up to Lunar New Year. These delightful creations are shaped like ancient gold or silver ingots, symbolising wealth and prosperity for the year ahead.
During this exclusive session, Eva and Janet will:
- Share the cultural significance of dumpling making.
- Demonstrate how to prepare two delicious types of dumplings from scratch.
- Guide you through rolling, filling, and shaping your own dumplings.
