How to use?	Air Frying (气炸锅): Do not thaw. Place frozen fish cakes in the air fryer basket at 180°C (350°F) for 8–10 minutes until golden brown and piping hot. Deep Frying (油炸): Heat cooking oil to 170°C (340°F). Deep fry frozen fish cakes for 3–4 minutes until they float to the surface and turn crispy. Serve with sweet chili sauce. Hotpot & Soups (火锅/煮汤): Add frozen fish cakes directly into boiling hotpot broth, ramen, or tom yum soup. Cook for 4–5 minutes until fully heated through. Storage (储存方式): Keep frozen strictly at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze once thawed to maintain texture and quality.
