1. Harissa Marinade

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp Harissa Spice Blend

• 2 tbsp olive oil

• 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients into a paste.

2. Rub onto chicken, lamb, or vegetables.

3. Grill, roast, or pan-fry for smoky, spicy flavour.

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp softened butter
