Do not thaw. Cook directly from the freezer to prevent the pastry from breaking.

Deep-Fry: Pre-heat your cooking oil to 175°C–185°C. Gently lower the frozen jumbo spring rolls into the oil and deep-fry for 5 to 6 minutes until they are thoroughly hot inside and a beautiful golden-brown outside.

Air-Fry / Oven: Lightly brush or spray the rolls with a small amount of cooking oil. Arrange them in a single layer and air-fry at 190°C for 12 to 15 minutes, turning them over halfway through until completely crisp.

Drain well on paper towels and serve piping hot alongside your favorite sweet chili, plum, or hoisin dipping sauce.
