(Easy Fusion) Pork Kimchi Jjigae With Noodles Ingredients

Main Ingredients

• 1 can (160g) - A+ Hosan Canned Kimchi
• 200 grams - Pork, thinly sliced
• 120 grams - Nongshim Shin Ramyun Noodles
• 4 - Shiitake mushroom, thinly sliced
• ½ bag - Enoki Mushroom, rinsed and separated (have the bottom cut out)
• 225 grams - Firm OR soft tofu, thickly sliced OR cut in 2 inches cubes
• ½ - Napa Cabbage, washed and shorten into 2 or 3 equal parts
• A handful - Bean Sprout
• 240ml - Hot Water
• 1 teaspoon - Sesame Oil

Seasonings

• ¼ teaspoon - Salt, to taste
• ¼ teaspoon - Sugar, to taste
• ¼ teaspoon - Sesame Oil, to taste
• 1 - Nongshim Shin Ramyun Noodle Soup Base
• Some - Kimchi Juice (from the can)

Directions for Use

To make your easy homemade version Pork Kimchi Jjigae With Noodles, you shall:

Step 1: Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium high heat. Add the thinly sliced pork in the pan and stir-fry until light brown in color.
 
Step 2: Put the kimchi in (save the juice for later) and stir-fry until fragrant. 

Step 3: Add both kinds of mushrooms, followed by water that just a little more than enough to cover the kimchi and mushrooms. Bring it to a boil.

Step 4: Add the noodles, kimchi juice, and the soup base powder from the Nongshim Shin Ramyun. Reduce to medium low heat until the noodles begins to be half soften.

Step 5: Add tofu and bean sprout. Stir occasionally. Cook for another minute.

Step 6: Season with sesame oil, sugar, and salt in the noodle soup to taste.

Step 7: Serve hot. Enjoy!
