Chicken Wings:
- 1 kg chicken wings, split and tips removed
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

- 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions:

Prepare the Chicken Wings:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) or your air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, toss the wings with vegetable oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Bake or Air-Fry the Wings:
- Oven: Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
- Air Fryer: Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.

Make the Glaze:
- In a small saucepan, combine gochujang, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the glaze is smooth and slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.

- Transfer the cooked wings to a large bowl.
- Pour the glaze over the wings and toss until they are evenly coated.
