Perfect for sprinkling, marinating, or seasoning both cooked and raw dishes. 1. Za’atar Flatbreads or Hummus Ingredients: 1–2 tsp Za’atar Olive oil Flatbread or hummus Instructions: Drizzle olive oil over flatbread or hummus. Sprinkle Za’atar on top before serving for a fragrant, nutty finish. 2. Roast Chicken or Vegetables Ingredients: 1–2 tsp Za’atar 2 tbsp olive oil Chicken, vegetables, or tofu Instructions: Toss protein or vegetables with oil and Za’atar. Roast at 200°C for 25–30 minutes until golden and aromatic. 3.
