Stir-Fries: Incorporate into stir-fries for a balanced sweet-savoury taste. Recipes 1. Teriyaki Chicken Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs ¼ cup KIKKOMAN Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce ¼ cup Marukin Mirin 2 tablespoons sugar 1 tablespoon sake (optional) 1 clove garlic, minced 1 teaspoon grated ginger Instructions: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, sugar, sake, garlic, and ginger. Add the chicken thighs and marinate for at least 30 minutes. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Pour the remaining marinade into the pan and cook until it thickens into a glaze. Serve with steamed rice and vegetables . 2.
